Time to become fearless

Happy 250th birthday America!
Happy 250th birthday America!

On July 1st, two Russian urban climbers raised this flag on the top of the Empire State Building. What a beautiful message to linger on over this holiday weekend. This is a message I can get behind. The transition from Me to We is coming and turns out, we are who we’ve been waiting for, to enact change and live in unity and peace.

Lately I have been drinking the poison of anger. This emotion drains time, energy and the ability to focus on what lights us up. “When we harbor such feelings, we shut ourselves off from the sunshine of the spirit!” After some processing this anger my soul reminded me…

-to ask for what I need

-to maintain serenity and grounded energy

-to live in the moment

-to see things with clarity

-to focus on gratitude

-to let go

Early summer

Every bit of Earth stretches toward the Sun

We breathe together

Sun kissed

With the energy to bloom

Symbols to marinate on for this season:

The Horse-

Invites us to soften into a shared space

Profound oneness begins to emerge

Small moments of connection allow us to transcend

Horse helps us find courage and peace

The Council-

Holds our stories and reminds us who we really are

Teaches us that we are never alone

The rocks, plants and animals are all our kin

Call in, listen deeply, feel supported, held, loved

The Warrior-

Guides us to step into uncomfortable situations and work towards change

Encourages presence, intelligence, determination

Says no to all forms of harm and stands up to injustices

The warrior is strength and perseverance

Let’s get into the numerology of 7!

Seven is associated with trust, elevation, inner-knowing, study, music and singing. The 7th chakra is our crown.  The crown brings us into consciousness with the infinite and helps us to remember that we are one.  The 7th body is our aura. The aura is our energy field that can both attract and protect us beyond our physical plane. The aura’s message is an invitation to raise our vibration.

This month we might be asking ourselves, “Who can I trust?” When someone shows you who they really are, believe them the first time! July will be a time for healing, cleansing and cutting off cumbersome entanglements.  Bitterness in our emotions poison the blood and soul.  We simply cannot afford to compromise our health these days. Three mantras for this month are

1. Act, don’t react

2.To thine own self be true

3. Let go

Letting go is a fearless act.  We begin to understand the urgency to go with the flow.  Rest, rejuvenation, and relaxation become our allies.  Our bodies are craving nurturing foods like lemon water, dandelion root and the powerhouse kale.  Try not to fall into the trap of the short term pleasures of sweets and salties.  Spiritual strength and physical strength go hand and hand along our life’s journey.

Astrological News:

Have you heard about “Barbault’s Basket”?

It’s a rare and powerful planetary alignment marking a historical turning point for humanity. The striking geometric alignment in the sky resembles a basket shape formed by Uranus (innovation), Neptune (dissolution), Pluto (transformation), and Jupiter (expansion). The basket provides a supportive structure that can hold intense energies offering stability amid change.

During this event:

*Consciousness matters

*Choices matter

*Letting go is crucial

*Becoming a part of what’s emerging is our mission

This is our collective reset.  This is time for personal activation.  Doors are opening, don’t miss it!
