* Celestial Communication combines mantra and moving mudra to create dancing meditations. If sitting in stillness and silence is a challenge for you, try something new. 

*Kundalini and Creativity will begin with a dancing kriya, next we will do a celestial communication meditation, then an art directive. Finally we will end with optional sharing of our experience and insights.
