Relax and Reflect

Welcome to the season of balance and harvest! During the fall and spring equinox I like to commit to a 40 day personal challenge where I choose some physical, mental and spiritual goals. This season, September 2nd through October 12th my plan is to commit to:
Physical- daily walks, yoga and clean eating (nothing refined or processed)
Mental- take a pause on ingesting news, YT and IG
Spiritual- daily mediation and gratitude reflection

September is the 9th month and our 9th body is the Subtle Body. When the subtle body is balanced we have the grace to know without thought, the sensitivity to perceive the structure beneath and never be deceived by surface appearances. You will be in tune with the world around you and you will pick up on subtle clues that put you into the flow of awareness. It is time to reflect on what is, NOT what it appears to be.
Need to balance or strengthen your subtle body?
Daily meditation is the best way to work on the subtle body. There are also mantras you can play as background music. Good news alert: soon there will be 3 weekly classes to choose from!
